14 days to decide

Subject to exchange and return

  • Goods of proper quality can be returned within 14 days if they do not suit the shape, dimensions or set.
  • Original appearance, packaging, seals and tags are preserved
  • The item has not been used, with no traces of assembly or use
  • A receipt or other document confirming the purchase

Non-refundable

  • Furniture made or assembled to order
  • Items with signs of use or damage caused by the buyer
  • Items without packaging, tags or store presentation
  • Goods on the list not subject to return under the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Call or message us on WhatsApp within 14 days of receipt.

We'll arrange the return

The manager will check the terms, process the request and advise how the goods will be handed over.

We refund

After checking the product, we will refund the payment using the same method you paid with.
