Настоящий документ является официальным публичным предложением (публичной офертой) ТОО «RetailGroupKZ» и содержит все существенные условия розничной купли-продажи товаров через сайт roomsmebel.kz. Оферта адресована физическим лицам.

2. Terms

Продавец — ТОО «RetailGroupKZ». Покупатель — физическое лицо, оформившее заказ на Сайте. Сайт — roomsmebel.kz. Товар — мебель и сопутствующие изделия, представленные на Сайте. Заказ — оформленный Покупателем перечень Товаров.

3. Acceptance of the offer

Placing an Order on the Website, by phone or via messenger constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this offer (acceptance) and is equivalent to concluding a written retail sales contract. The contract is considered concluded from the moment the Order is confirmed by the Seller.

4. Product and its description

The Seller provides information about the Product: name, specifications, dimensions, materials and price. Images on the Site are for illustrative purposes only: the upholstery shade and material texture in a photo may differ slightly from the actual ones due to screen settings, shooting lighting and batch variations of the material. The specifications stated in the Product description are decisive.

Items out of stock are supplied to order; the manager will communicate the delivery time when the Order is confirmed.

5. Price and payment procedure

The price of the Product is shown on the Website in tenge and includes all taxes. The Seller may change prices; for a placed and confirmed Order, the price at the time of confirmation applies.

Payment is made by the methods available at checkout: online by bank card, via a Kaspi remote invoice, through instalment services of partner banks, or by bank transfer. For online payments, transactions are processed by the acquiring bank; bank card details are not stored on the Website.

6. Delivery, lifting and assembly

  • Delivery in Almaty, Astana, Karaganda, Aktobe and Shymkent is free, including carrying the goods up to the apartment. Goods are sent to other localities of the Republic of Kazakhstan by a transport company at its rates.
  • Assembly and installation by the Seller's team — free of charge.
  • Delivery within the showroom's city usually takes 1–3 days after stock confirmation; to other cities by transport company, the manager will provide the timing.
  • Pickup — from any ROOMS store in the chain, free of charge.
  • The delivery date and time window are agreed with the Buyer; the Seller notifies the Buyer of arrival in advance.

The buyer must ensure unobstructed access to the delivery and assembly location.

7. Acceptance of Goods

Upon delivery, the Buyer or a person authorized by them must inspect the Goods for factory defects, mechanical damage and assembly quality. Signing the waybill (“received, no quality claims”) confirms that the Goods were accepted without remarks.

8. Exchange and returns

Exchanges and returns are carried out in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Consumer Rights Protection”.

  • Goods of proper quality can be exchanged within 14 days of receipt if they do not suit their shape, dimensions, style, colour or configuration.
  • Exchange conditions: The product has not been used or assembled, its commercial appearance, consumer properties, packaging, seals and tags are preserved, and a proof of purchase is available.
  • If the equivalent Product is not in stock, the amount paid will be refunded within 3 days using the same method as the payment.
  • Not subject to exchange or return: Goods manufactured or assembled to individual order; assembled Goods of proper quality; Goods showing signs of use or damage caused by the Buyer; items without packaging, labels or original appearance; Goods from the list established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

To arrange an exchange or return, contact the Seller by phone, WhatsApp or email within 14 days of receipt.

9. Warranty

The mechanisms of products delivered and assembled by the Seller are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not extend to damage resulting from improper use, self-assembly, mechanical impact or normal wear and tear.

Rules for operation and care of furniture are published on the Site in the “Warranty and Rules” section and are available via the QR code in the “Customer Order” document.

10. Personal Data

By placing an Order, the Buyer consents to the processing of their personal data under the terms of the Privacy Policy posted on the Site.

11. Liability and dispute resolution

The Seller is not liable for damage resulting from improper use of the Goods. The parties shall endeavour to resolve disputes through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be heard in court at the Seller's location in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

12. Final provisions

The Seller may amend the terms of this offer. The current version is posted on this page and takes effect from the moment of publication. The version in force at the time the Order is confirmed applies to that Order.
